Remote Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: $75 conditional weekly base + 30% commission per plan sold (one-time commission)
Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, professional individuals to make and receive calls using our company 1-888 number (GoDaddy SmartLine).
Reps- will also perform follow-ups and administrative duties to ensure client satisfaction and sales growth. This is a remote, flexible position based on performance and commission.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls via our GoDaddy call app.
Make outbound prospecting calls (cold, warm, and hot leads).
Follow up with previous contacts and OLEADs (older leads).
Call back prospects who requested information but haven’t yet purchased.
Record and track sales in our system for commission payouts.
Perform administrative tasks when not actively on calls, such as:
• Entering client data into CRM/sales tracker
• Sending out follow-up emails/texts with templates provided.
• Updating call logs (time, notes, outcomes)
• Preparing HOA/PMC bulk deal leads for manager review.
• Documenting feedback and objections from calls.
Requirements:
Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
Access to a smartphone or computer.
Quiet workspace and strong communication skills.
Comfortable working commission-only with conditional base Minimum 10 hours/week on the phones.
Completion of follow-ups, lead re-engagement, and admin tasks.
Able to start immediately.
Compensation:
Conditional Base:
$75 per week, paid only if minimum requirements are met:
• At least 10 hours/week on phones.
• Minimum 10 outbound calls + 1 closed sale OR 3 qualified leads.
• Completion of all assigned follow-ups and admin tasks.
Commission:
30% commission per plan sold (one-time, per plan).
Bulk Deals:
Reps earn 30% commission on the total contract value.
(e.g., 40 homes × $350 = $14,000 → $4,200 commission).
Manager Override:
If promoted, managers earn 3–5% override on team sales (from company share) while still earning their own 30% on personal sales.
Team Assignment Policy:
Reps-recruited by a manager are placed under that manager.
Reps- hired through company recruitment are assigned based on capacity, performance, and company needs (10–15 reps max per manager).
