💰 Compensation:
- $75 weekly base pay
- 20% commission on every service package sold
📅 Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Be available for 3 to 4 hours per day during business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Calls do not need to be constant, but you must answer promptly and respond to voicemails, texts, or inquiries within 15 minutes during your shift.
📞 Job Duties:
- Answer inbound calls via GoDaddy calling app
- Make outbound calls to:
- Schedule lawn care services
- Schedule maintenance repairs
- Follow up with leads or form submissions
- Explain and sell Make Ready Pro's service packages to new and existing clients
- Maintain daily client call logs and scheduling updates
- Use shared tools (Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.) to update team on appointments and service timelines
- Respond to email/web inquiries within 24 hours
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients
🎯 Bonus Tasks (If Time Allows):
- Collect and encourage client reviews
- Follow up with past clients for referrals or repeat services
- Light admin work like quoting or sending templates (training provided)
- Post basic service announcements to our Facebook or IG page

- Reliable and organized
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Comfortable using call apps and simple online tools (Google Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Self-motivated — you’ll mostly work independently
- Prior customer service or property maintenance knowledge is a plus (but not required)
